Where do you clean?
Our home base for
window cleaning is in Wellingborough and
Rushden. We have large and small contracts with companies
throughout Northamptonshire and can provide window cleaning
services for offices, high rise buildings, apartment blocks and
retail outlets and shops. We currently clean in Industrial Estates
in the county including Brackmills, Moulton Park, and shops in many
of the retail parks including Riverside and St James retail park in
Northampton. We
also clean shops in the town centre. We window clean in surrounding
villages including Harrold, Carlton,
Odell, Earls Barton and Wollaston. We also window clean retail
and commercial properties in Milton

What type of window cleaning services?
Cascade Window cleaning provides a range of window cleaning services for the domestic sector. These include window cleaning, conservatory cleaning and gutter cleaning including fascias and soffits. We use common window techniques with a squeegee and blade and the reach and wash pure water system. The pole means we can window clean 3 storey houses with ease.
How does the water fed pole pure water system work?
Water passes through a series of filters and resins which remove all impurities and minerals, leaving pure water. When the water is passed over the windows, it washes away the dirt including dried on tough marks like birds muck.
What is a water fed pole?
A water fed pole allows us to pump pure water onto your glass. This means there will be no detergent residue resulting in the windows not getting dirty so quickly and your windows inevitably stay cleaner for longer.
Why don't you dry the windows?
Because we use 100% pure water to clean, the windows need to dry naturally and free of debris. The windows dry spotless and the effect is improved each time the windows are cleaned using this method.
Do you clean frames and ledges?
When we use the pure water fed poles we clean the entire window, including frames and ledges.
Do you still window clean in the rain?
Yes. If it rains on the day we are scheduled to work at your house, we will still want to come. A light drizzle doesn't really affect the job. However, if it is raining very hard we may come another time
How do I
pay Cascade Window Cleaning?
It is up to you. If you
are home you can pay as the windows are cleaned. We prefer payment
via bank transfer but you can send a cheque to Cascade Water
Cleaning. If you have any questions about paying, please call

How often would you clean my windows?
Normally every month, but this is flexible as it can be tailored to suit your specific requirements. This range from one off's to bi monthly, quarterly or annual cleans.
